Video Upload

There is nothing better than getting viewings on a property first-hand, but what do you do when your potential buyers are in another country?

Internet video has been touted as the future of selling property, especially abroad, so we are pleased to announce our new feature that allows our advertisers to display videos adverts to potential buyers.

In order for you to take advantage of this new free feature, you will need to make a video and upload it to a video hosting service like YouTube or Yahoo Video. You can then add the embed code supplied by YouTube and add it as part of the normal upload procedure on France Property Shop.

It’s as simple as that. The video will then display within your main details page for the property and your house can be viewed by many more people without them leaving their computer.

Agents Statistic Reporting

We have just added a new section within your account called ‘View Stats Report’ which will give you access to your current live properties statistics at any time. Make sure you check to see which properties are performing well and which need rotating with newer stock.

Your new stats section will include: Your current number of live properties on France Property Shop; Number of property views per property; number of enquiries per property; view to enquiry ratio per property; number of times a property has been saved by a user and the number of times it has been sent to a friend.

Please take advantage of this new feature, particularly in the current market where you need to make each advert count.

French Property Trends

French property still offers excellent value, especially compared to UK prices. Uncertainty in the UK means French property is a more reliable and affordable option. To reinforce this claim we have just added ‘Property Trends’ reports, to France Property Shop, covering all regions of France.

The ‘Property Trends’ reports are accessible on the site via each 'Property Advertisement' – look for the ‘Property Trends’ image & link in the right-hand column.
