An incredible 34,000 France Show tickets have been snapped up via the show’s dedicated website.
Extensive media coverage has helped to promote the show, in over 60 publications throughout England, including The Telegraph and its associated website, plus a number of local London newspapers. This exposure is set to continue with a dedicated French supplement in The Telegraph in early January, as well as regular mentions on Classic FM radio. An exciting display of classic Renault cars is the latest feature to be announced at the show, from recently signed exhibitor Renault Classic Car Club. Other new exhibitors to sign up include Colombier Vin Fins, Dordogne Property Consultants, Moulin Jean Marie Cornille and Garrigae Resorts. Tickets are now on sale for the wine-tasting seminars – there will be four theatres in 2009, featuring Bordeaux, Champagne, Cahors and Beaujolais wines, to name but a few. On the travel side, confirmed speakers in the Telegraph theatre include FRANCE Magazine founder Philip Faiers and BBC World Service guest-presenter Michael Gray, recounting their experiences of life in France. In the property theatres, companies and property professionals such as Currencies Direct, Siddalls and Agnes Compton Roberts will be imparting their expert knowledge. We continue to take exhibitor bookings, with the 160-plus stands currently booked showing an even balance between property and lifestyle. Feedback shows the majority of visitors are attending The France Show for the first time, creating a new audience for 2009, while retaining many visitors from last year’s show.
