Archant Life is the biggest publisher of regional magazines in the country with more than 1.2 million magazines distributed each month and is a subsidiary of Archant, the UK’s most exciting independent media group. Archant is a community media company active in the fields of newspaper and magazine publishing, contract printing and internet communications. Formerly known as Eastern Counties Newspapers Group, the company was renamed Archant in March 2002 to help reflect its more diverse and geographically-spread nature. Archant can trace its roots back over 150 years and today remains one of the country’s largest independent media businesses.

The Group currently employs around 2,800 staff and its newspapers division, Archant Regional, is one of the top five regional newspaper publishers in the UK. The company now publishes four daily and over 100 weekly newspapers, as well as more than 60 monthly consumer, contract and regional magazines throughout the UK.
